In June 2001 a delegation of ministers from across America was summoned to The White House for briefing on Religious Affairs.
The ministers were made aware of the Presidents plan for Faith Based and Community Initiatives and how we as apostolic believers could support the Presidents agenda.
After departing the Oval Office Reverend Robert Upton questioned who was going to head up this effort, and lead the charge set before this body of Christians.
The answer was NO ONE.
So Upton armed with Faith and Courage set out to establish The Apostolic Congress.
